We ship orders using various carriers, depending on the customer’s choice and the delivery destination.

2. Domestic Shipping (Poland)

Customers can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • FedEx, DHL, Poczta Polska, InPost – 18 PLN
  • Cash on delivery (COD) – 22 PLN (available only for domestic orders and requires a registered account in our store)

3. International Shipping

Europe:
  • FedEx or DHL – 18 EUR
  • Poczta Polska – 10 EUR
Rest of the world (excluding Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania):
  • FedEx – 35 EUR
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania:
  • FedEx – 50 EUR

4. Processing and Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and destination.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

6. Additional Information

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available only for domestic orders and requires a registered account.
  • For international shipments, any applicable customs duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
