Privacy Policy
1. 2. The personal data administrator processes personal data on the basis of the Personal Data Protection Act, taking into account the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended).
3. The Administrator processes the personal data of the data subject for the following purposes:
a) proper performance of the concluded contract,
b) telephone or e-mail contact with the person filling out the contact form on the website www.dantor.pl;
c) marketing purposes to the extent permitted by law
4. Processing of personal data for purposes other than those specified in point 3 above will be possible after obtaining separate consent referred to in art. 23 sec. 1 item 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
5. The Administrator processes the following personal data necessary to provide services electronically and to conclude and execute the contract:
a) name and surname;
b) residential address (address details);
c) correspondence address, if different from the address referred to in point b);
d) electronic address (e-mail);
In addition, due to the nature of the service and applicable regulations, the Administrator processes the following data necessary for the proper provision of services electronically and the conclusion and performance of the contract:
– telephone number;
– Tax Identification Number.
6. The Administrator, in order to perform the contract and properly perform the order, may make personal data available to recipients of data within the meaning of art. 7 point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular to a postal operator, courier company or payment operator. In the remaining scope, personal data may be disclosed in cases provided for by law or in the event of obtaining consent referred to in art. 23 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act

Every person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access the content of their data and the right to correct, supplement, update, rectify and request the deletion of personal data concerning them. For this purpose, contact the Data Administrator (contact details can be found in paragraph 1).
8. Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data or deleting them at the user’s request may prevent the use of services offered by the Administrator to the extent that the data is necessary for the proper performance of these services.
9. The Administrator processes and secures personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular Articles 36-39a of the Personal Data Protection Act. 13. The Administrator, only with the User’s consent, is authorized to send the User commercial information to the e-mail address or telephone number provided by him during registration within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204, as amended). The User has the right to withdraw consent to the Administrator sending commercial information referred to in this point. For this purpose, an appropriate request should be sent to the address indicated in par. 1 or by e-mail to sklep@dantor.pl.
14. The Administrator may change this Privacy Policy at any time, and will inform about it on the website, electronically to the specified e-mail address or when logging in. The person whose data is processed has the right to object to further processing of personal data under the terms of the changed Privacy Policy.

Dantor FHU Torba Waldemar processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. transfer of your personal data to Alior Bank SA (“Bank”) in connection with: a. provision by the Bank to Dantor FHU Torba Waldemar of the service of providing infrastructure for handling online payments (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
b. the Bank’s handling and settlement of payments made by Dantor FHU Torba Waldemar customers via the Internet using payment instruments (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
c. in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of agreements concluded with Dantor FHU Torba Waldemar, in particular to ensure the protection of payers’ interests in connection with complaints submitted by them (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
2. transfer of your personal data to Autopay SA, ul. Powstańców Warszawy 6, 81-718 Sopot, in connection with the possibility of paying for the purchased goods and for the purpose of verification by Autopay SA of the proper performance of such contracts (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes specified in paragraphs 1 and 2, your personal data may be made available by the ZooArt Store to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may include:
a) Alior Bank S.A.
b) Autopay S.A.
The User has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
