A customer who is also a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing a reason and without incurring costs, except for those specified in the Consumer Rights Act of June 24, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by making an explicit statement (for example, by sending a letter via postal mail or an email to sklep@dantor.pl).

The goods must be returned to the following address:
???? Dantor FHU
Torba Waldemar
Wola Mała 106
37-100 Łańcut
Poland

The return package must include a written withdrawal statement and the bank account number to which the refund should be processed.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller will refund all received payments, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by the seller), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the seller was informed about the withdrawal.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The store does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments or returns that were not previously reported. The return package must also include a proof of purchase.

The Dantor Online Store is not responsible for any damage to goods that occurs during transport organized by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-ordered goods or items that have been modified at the customer’s request.

Complaints

Upon receiving the package from the courier, the buyer is obligated to inspect the condition and contents of the shipment.

If any irregularities are found (missing items, damaged goods, or discrepancies with the sales document), a complaint protocol must be drawn up and the seller should be contacted immediately.

All complaints of this nature will only be processed after the complaint protocol has been submitted.

???? Complaints must be submitted electronically via email to sklep@dantor.pl.

If the customer discovers a hidden defect or damage, they should contact us immediately via email to determine the next steps.

To file a complaint, the customer must provide a proof of purchase and, in the case of transportation damage, a complaint protocol.

Customers have the right to file a complaint and exercise warranty rights in accordance with applicable regulations.

???? Complaints regarding differences in the appearance of ordered goods compared to received items (e.g., slight variations in colors or shades of watch straps) are not grounds for a product complaint.
